Billing of HOA Dues
Received our $350 bill Feb. 20, 2021 due March 1.
Bill generated Feb. 17th. Add'l fine if not paid within 30 days. Decided to pay online since due soon.
Followed instructions on bill. Got in fine. However, bill reflects $0. Called their office 2/26 and transferred to accounts receivable.
No answer and left message. No return call all day. Called 866 number given to call on web site. Waited 20 minutes.
Girl stated try hitting $0 amt to pay. Wasn't doing that. Called our rep in Larkin and he reported it to ____. I also was given number to call him.
No response. So called main number again and asked for person in charge of Larkin. Got ____. Didn't want to listen which made me more mad.
He already new I had called our hoa rep and told me I was given wrong number to call him which was in a text. So why didn't he call me???
All he could say bills were not uploaded yet .and don't show up until 3/1 on site. Really?????? You mail a bill to people ..
give instructions they are due 3/1.. but bill doesn't show up until 3/1. His answer is that is how the system works. What a waste of time.
Something that should have taken 5 minutes to pay ended up wasting my time and aggravation. Very poor customer service.
I ended up sending in the check. 2/27.

Crooked Business Practices
They just want your money
This company is going to end up in legal trouble. They manage our HOA. And they are eroding our home values by not taking responsibility but taking our money.
They refuse to release financial documents upon request. They refuse to enforce the actual hoa laws.
And they do not check on the property or care. Each townhome here has an area in front of the home that's about 10ft by 4ft, that should have bushes and mulch. But for the past 5 years they have but minimal cheap smelling mulch down once a year (should be done twice) , and this year nothing has been done. There are overgrown weeds in front of every home, water lines exposed from erosion of the ground. And when I called about this, I was told "well it's been raining a lot" first off, it's only been raining the past 2 weeks.... Not the past 7 years, secondly I work an outside job, and rain isn't suppose to stop all outside work.
Our dues have increased every single year, yet each year everything gets worse. Stay far away from this company.

Rented Club House at Highland Creek, with a $300 deposit given as security. Few weeks after the event, received on the mail $150 due to: - crumbs on the chairs (chairs were never used, a rental event provided their on chairs, because the ones provided by Highland Creek were not presentable for the event) - Dirty kitchen floor - Not Vacuum - Glitter on the floor (A clean crew was hired for the cleaning, kitchen and bathroom mopped, counter tops, stove and refrigerator cleaned, all floor vacuum, no glitter what so ever were used.) All items listed on the letter no even plausible, reads like a "protocol" send out letter independent of checking.
A walk-thru was made with one of the security, pointed all the required from them on the list completed and Oked by the security. Upon request, they didn't provide who did the so called "inspection".
Be ware when renting from them. Pictures were taken and a dispute will be filed.

I know Heather for a while, Never comes to phone to respond. Inspite of genuine issue of my mowing company delayed in mowing my lawn they add up fines like $ are coming from trees.
Especially trying to ripoff Indian families as they are new to country and can't speak with logics. Stay away from these blood suckers.....
