HMC does more to damage neighborhoods, depress fragile real estate prices and cause problems between residents than all of the good that they do - which is none. Mail dues statements, schedule one or two annual meetings, renew insurance policy, renew landscape contracts with same old company they use for all and that about sums it up for $10-50,000 per years.
Offers absolutely nothing over its competitors except incompetence, higher price, arrogant attitudes and lack of customer service. There is a small family-owned management company in Charlotte that will bend over backwards (works days, nights, weekends, Holidays) and do anything to please a potential or current customer.
