Lazy and Poor Service!!!
The whole time HMC was the Association Management Company for our community we have had dozens of blatant covenant violations. HMC never drives through our community. Now the many violations are part of our community due to laches at our communities lose. HMC provides the absolute bare minimum of services for the full market rate fee they charge. Everyone in our community is dissatisfied with HMC. Our community, like so many, has become complacent with HMC poor service but I think this year is their last chance.They helped ruin our community over time. Worst Association Management in Charlotte NC.

I live at Prosperity Place. It is my observation, because i am a minority (white)in the neighborhood, I am profiled by the HOA Board. The HOA covenants are not consistently upheld, our HOA board is racist against whites and Hawthorne could care less. |

The difference is stark. Cedar is very personal service and they go out of their way to serve us as cusomters. Whereas Hawthorne we were just one of thousands they manage and were always arrogant and rude and like what the *** do you want now, deal with it we other things to do.  |
