I would caution any HOA from doing business with this firm. I personally delivered my HOA dues to their Post Office and handed the check to the Postal Clerk. I can prove this". They caused my house to be put into HOA Foreclosure with a Lien based on a ‘missing’ $150 HOA dues/. I have been calling them to try to gather information for the court hearing and they offer no assistance?. I have sent countless emails and called many times.. I will update accordingly/.

However, their service has always been lousy|. Poor customer service:. They do not properly monitor neighborhood and ours has countless covenant violations that they never deal with".

They often 'misplaced' my checks in the past as well. In my neighborhood they let the HOA president govern who he imposes fines upon, and picks and chooses which units will obey the bylaws while ignoring when others do not. :roll

We used to be with Hawthorne Management and switched to Cedar Management and the whole community is much happier. The difference is stark. Cedar is very personal service and they go out of their way to serve us as cusomters. Whereas Hawthorne we were just one of thousands they manage and were always arrogant and rude and like what the *** do you want now, deal with it we other things to do. ;)

I live in Providence-area and they management our community. I swear they must have no standards when they hire someone. They sent me notices about covenant violations of my neighbor. I call our community representative about 5-10 times and wait weeks for a response. Totally inept people.
