Atrocious Company!!! My neighbor referred me to this site. HMC probably has the worst management reputation in N.C., if not the U.S. The reputation is well deserved because they run a poor business hiring inexperienced people. HMC will be glad to keep charging their management fees and if you don't like their service they don't mind telling you take a hike, we'll find another sucker next month. Just look around at the years and years of poor reviews by dozens of various customers.
Before thinking of using HCM or if you are currently uising them do some due diligence and search the court records, consumer review sites and google their name and see all the numerous negative things. They were on the news and in the newspapers over the summer for more negative news stories about them.
